2025: Transition to Plug-in-Based Modular Architecture
The vendor NOTE (- IT holding) T1 on December 4, 2025 presented the update of the product "Modus.Recovery," aimed at automating the processes of managing overdue debts. The update affected the architecture of the system, business processes and the integrations available after installation. According to the developers, the changes will allow companies with problem debts to quickly adapt the system to their processes and reduce costs.
The key change was the product's transition to a plug-in-based modular architecture. The main advantage of this technology is the ability to quickly adapt the interface and functionality to unique business requirements, without affecting the source code of the service. This accelerates the implementation of new features when upgrading the platform and minimizes costs.
The update greatly simplified communication with regulatory authorities:
- Interaction with the Federal Bailiff Service has been implemented, supporting 30 types of appeals, including requests, complaints, messages and power of attorney.
- Added the opportunity to obtain the Electronic Executive Notary Inscription directly in the system through integration with the Federal Notary Chamber.
- Integration with Fedresurs in terms of work with collection agencies is ensured.
Another major change is integration with Naumen telephony, including a CTI panel for status and call management. For automatic calls, a mechanism is implemented with recording results and synchronizing data between systems.
| We constantly develop the system, relying on feedback and successful cases of our clients. This allows us to make the product "Modus.Recovery" even more flexible and effective for business. We will continue to improve our tool based on current market demands. Future plans include expanding the list of ready-made integrations and implementing related business processes in the system, for example, working with non-core assets, - comments Sergey Ulyanov, Product Director of Modus.Obryani. |
