Octopus of SR

Octopus of SR - a standalone server of record. In its structure necessary components of a professional recording system, both for registration and long-term information storage, and for its effective processing (including deleted, via the Internet).

"Octopus of SR" - the self-sufficient solution which is not requiring installation of additional software and connection of the computer. Record will automatically begin after connection to the device of controlled lines and inclusion of a power supply. A number of settings for remote access to the device and increase in convenience of work with it is provided – these settings are simple, intuitive and available even to the nonspecialist.

"The octopus of SR" is focused on professional solution of problems of control of a talk on objects:

• offices of the medium-sized and large companies.
• the enterprises with the distributed structure;
• territorially remote offices with control from the uniform center.
• dispatching and other premises with limited opportunities of installation and/or administration of constantly working PC.

"The octopus of SR" is connected parallel to controlled telephone lines or audio outputs of any devices (radio stations, microphones, etc.), without having any impact on work of these lines. The device can be delivered both performed by 19", and in desktop option that allows to pick up an optimal variant of installation easily. The hardware platform includes in uniform construct all necessary components of a professional recording system of a talk:

• Submodules adapters to any types of telephone lines. Installation of the necessary quantity and type of similar submodules allows "gather" any required combination of controlled sources, including up to 32 analog and digital subscriber lines, to 4 flows of E1.
• Module of digital signal processing (optionally). It is executed based on the specialized powerful processor of signal processing (DSP). Executes basic transactions of digital sound processing:
  • compression (compression);
  • generation and detecting of tone signals;
  • AON;
  • automatic leveling adjustment of a sound;
  • some other. By means of this module duration of continuous record without the need for transfer of information increases by 5 times. The module allows to unload considerably the computing powers of the solution which are responsible for user interaction.

• Processor module. Ensures functioning of software implementing all user functionality: - management of record and preserving of information in a DB; - service of remote access, including on web; - and many others.
• High-capacity drive. Capacity of the built-in drive in a basic complete set can provide a continuous call recording within several years. The automated means of archiving allow to transfer in the automatic mode information to external storages and to set practically any rules of removal of old information.

"The octopus of SR" begins monitoring of the connected lines right after power supply inclusion. At detection of an active conversation in any of lines, the device starts process of input and digital sound processing (compression, detecting of tones, etc.) of this line. Information on a communication session (entering/proceeding numbers, date, time, a conversation time and many other parameters) and directly conversation recording remain on the built-in high-capacity drive; at the same time old information can be removed or be transferred to external storages if it is set by rules of record.

For obtaining information on internal subscribers at control of external lines of the company, the device connectivity to PBX SMDR port is provided. Having detected a communication session in the controlled external line, Octopus of SR automatically analyzes data from the PBX, obtains information on what internal subscribers treat this communication session from these data, and saves information on subscribers in the corresponding entries in the Data Base. During the work with the saved-up talk, for all talk written from external lines identifiers of the internal subscribers participating in them will be displayed. Access to the written information is provided through the IP network connected to the device from the remote computer or the mobile device.

For information processing convenient professional tools are provided:

• The module Processor from structure of software "the Octopus 7". Gives to users a broad set of opportunities for work with the database of the written talk – search, selection, sorting, listening, viewing and processing, removal of records, export to other formats, obtaining statistic reports and t. item.
• Web interface module. Gives an opportunity of remote processing of the written information on any mobile device with the installed web browser (iPhone, iPad, Samsung GALAXY, etc.) via the Internet.

The listed tools allow to organize easily information processing, written by any quantity of remote servers Octopus of SR. Thus, Octopus of SR allows to build geographically distributed networks of record with the uniform center of processing of the written information, reducing thereby costs for collection of information and administration of the remote systems.

The server of the record "Octopus of SR" does not need the computer, it independently makes all necessary calculations!

Features Complete autonomy, independence of the computer "The octopus of SR" saves from need of acquisition or use of the computer, and is completely independent device. He begins work right after connection of controlled lines, automatically writes information on the built-in drive of large volume, and allows to make processing using remote access via the Internet.

Work with any telephone lines and IP telephony in a single system It is possible to connect the server of the record "Octopus of SR" to any telephone lines of the enterprise - analog (FXS, FXO) and digital (Up0, ISDN BRI, E1), the IP telephony, to linear exits of radio stations and microphones. The complex is compatible to digital subscriber lines of any import UPATS, in particular: Alcatel, Avaya, Ericsson, LG, NEC, Coral, Panasonic, Siemens, Meridian, Samsung, Telrad and others. All these sources will be controlled by a single system, saving from need to purchase and service the different equipment.

Web access via the Internet from any mobile devices "The octopus of SR" gives an opportunity of remote processing of the written information on any mobile device with the installed web browser (iPhone, iPad, Samsung GALAXY, etc.) from any place where there is an Internet (i.e. actually from any place).

Control of remote offices The architecture of the server of the record "Octopus of SR" gives unlimited opportunities for creation of recording systems from units to hundreds of channels. A talk at remote offices can be controlled within a single system of record from one point. Creation of geographically distributed recording systems with uniform information base is possible, beyond all bounds broadening total number of channels. On the other hand, at the same time unlimited number of the users having appropriate level of access can work with a talk far off.

Extreme availability in service Thanks to autonomous self-sufficient execution and simple intuitive settings, work with the device is available practically to any person, familiar with the computer. Mastering of the device will occupy time minimum, its service will not demand services of expensive system administrators.
