oneFactor SmartIndex is service of media measurements.

On October 16, 2017 the oneFactor company announced start in commercial operation of service of media measurements for participants of the market of outdoor advertizing.

The SmartIndex service measures audience of outdoor advertizing on the basis of data on load of networks of mobile operators. Since launch of SmartIndex contains 18 months of historical data on media measurements for any geographical point of Russia[1].

Service has a number of technology features: unlike services on the basis of these GPS navigators or information on traffic jams, SmartIndex can correctly measure number of cars and number of pedestrians, plus passengers of individual or public transport.

According to the statement of developer company, SmartIndex provides a scope of all localities in the territory of the Russian Federation – from Kaliningrad to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. Service gives the chance to measure tightly targeted audiences according to problems of an advertizing campaign:

  • on sporty fans of a certain club;
  • to regular users of the taxi;
  • to owners of a specific brand of the car.

SmartIndex is equipped with functionality of expert determination of target audience and modeling of look-a-like. It allows to create audience by means of algorithms of machine learning.
