2020: The Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications announced start of One Window service

On February 10, 2020 it became known of the forthcoming start in Russia of the One Window online platform by means of which inhabitants of all regions will be able to send to the government the complaints and offers. The head told the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation about new development Maksut Shadayev at a strategic session "About Priorities of Development of the North Caucasus".

According to him, according to the legislation the term of response to citizens' appeals is up to 30 days, but often it does not suit people. Besides, users not always know where exactly to send the appeal therefore sends to several state agencies at once that results in a large number of such addresses.

Therefore within digital economy the single platform — "One window" for citizens' appeals is created. The citizen will not need to define authority where he writes. According to contents of its address the relevant organization will be automatically selected — Shadayev (the quote by RIA Novosti) reported.

He noted that new service will allow to accelerate in most cases considerably problem solving at least because the ordinary Russian will not need to understand distribution of powers between the government and municipal institutions.

The minister emphasized that, judging by experience of some regions, about 70% of the citizens' appeals connected with complaints to quality of work of the state municipal organizations, especially on the maintenance of infrastructure facilities, roads, utility networks can be solved completely within 5-8 days, including sending the notification to the citizen and receiving a feedback from it.[1]

Within new service of the address will undergo automatic sorting and in read seconds to reach responsible structure. The government will need to review all existing order of processing of citizens' appeals in order that problems which concern people could be quickly considered and solved, Shadayev said.
