According to the press release, Oracle Blockchain Cloud Service provides to customers the high-available platform for creation own a blockchain networks and fast integration into solutions of Oracle SaaS and PaaS, third-party applications and a blockchain systems which the companies already use. Besides, by means of the solution it is possible to create own "smart" contracts and applications for networks.

Oracle started a blockchain service for business

Service is constructed using a project code  of Hyperledger Fabric and, according to developers, differs in the high data transfer rate simplified by the system of the built-in monitoring, continuous backup and a possibility of data recovery at a certain point in time.

Oracle Blockchain Cloud Service allows the companies to create a blockchain network for transactions and to manage network infrastructure for tracking of goods on supply chains on a global scale.  Oracle says that the new product will help the organizations to improve business, it is easier to eliminate unnecessary processes, to interact on the distributed networks, is more transparent and it is more reliable, than before.

The producer addresses the blockchain service first of all to organizations to banks, health care, to municipal services, the telecommunication and world-class logistic companies.

By July, 2018 Oracle Blockchain Cloud Service was tested by several large companies. Among them — Solar Site Design which involves the solution for control of use of solar energy and providing bonuses to the most active clients. To the exchange of cargo transportation Cargomart service helps to digitize processes of tracking of deliveries.^[1]
