Bad things happen when patients do not receive necessary treatment any time. The situation can be such: after a stroke of patients take to hospital, we connect to them the device and we begin to transfer data to medical institution in which can or there cannot be a neuropathologist — Walker told.

The device is useful, for example, in rural areas where there are not enough specialists therefore people with diseases of heart cannot render quick help.

By means of Connected Care the ambulance which took away the patient after a call can transfer the vital indicators of health of the patient to the nearest hospital. His doctors can contact the specialized center to get advice of more experienced colleagues in a certain area for performing the correct therapy.[1]

We also apply machine learning to data to determination of patterns. Machine learning constantly analyzes data and if there is any pattern, say, irregular heartbeat, then the doctor receives the notification on need more attentively to look at a warm rhythm or the ECG at some point — the representative of Oracle explained.
