Field Service Cloud is a part of a complete cloud solution of Oracle for client support.

On June 9, 2016 the Oracle company announced release of the version of a cloud solution of Field Service Cloud earlier known as TOA Technologies.

A system increases quality of exit service, providing mobility, ease of use and direct dialog of the technical specialists who are coming out to the place with operators of contact centers by phone, e-mail and through services of interactive correspondence.

Exit service maintenance - a basis of bases of client support for the brands working at a joint of a number of sectors including telecommunications, engineering networks, advanced technologies and production.
