On February 21, 2011 the Oracle corporation announced certification of a product according to security requirements of information of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC) of Russia. Upgraded version corresponds to categories NDV4, K1 and 1G.
The complex conforms to requirements for the 4th level of control of not declared opportunities (NDV4), can be used during creation of automation systems to a class of security 1G inclusive and also for data protection in personal data information systems to the 1st class inclusive (K1).

On March 31, 2015 the representative office of Oracle in Russia announced obtaining the FSTEC certificate on the new version of a complex on management of identification data and access of Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite 11g of R2 PS1.
