2013: Oracle Policy Automation ver. 10
Oracle Policy Automation 10 — includes the following components: Oracle Policy Modeling and Oracle Policy Automation. Oracle Policy Modeling is a tool, modeling and testing of business rules using means of Microsoft Office (MS Word, the MS Excel). Oracle Policy Automation is the application which ensures functioning of the business rules created and compiled in Oracle Policy Modeling. It is possible to Oracle Policy Automation to use in two modes as the independent application, and as web services.
As Oracle Policy Automation 10 works
- Step 1 - the Employee responsible for maintaining business rules, for the work continues to use usual means of MS Office (MS Word and the MS Excel).
- The step 2 - Primary conversion of the document is performed using the Oracle Policy Modeling toolbar which is built in MS Office
- The step 3 - Oracle Policy Modeling compiles the initial document and publishes it at the same time in two formats (in the form of the independent web application and web service).
