To upper managers and divisions:
- Get operational on-line an information access about any employee of the company, including potential or former
- Receive on-line statistics on workforce recruiting, efficiency of the systems of motivation, etc.
- Change model of an organization structure of the enterprise, the staff list
- Receive necessary reports, for example Staff list in a type, convenient for itself
To the staff of HR department:
- Fix acceptance, dismissals and transfer of employees to other positions
