Subsystem managerial accounting

In particular, the accounting subsystem allows users:

  • Keep separate account on several enterprises, relying on the general account policy and the general reference books;
  • Keep financial accounting according to one, two or three plans of accounting (accounting, managerial, IFRS);
  • Keep the cash accounting and obligations;
  • Keep account of transactions with fixed assets;
  • Keep account of goods by storage locations;
  • Consider calculations for the salary;
  • Keep fixed asset accounting.
  • Create wiring on the VAT automatically, along with formation of the main wiring of economic transaction;
  • Monitor financial relationship with partners;
  • To automatically perform any operation in one or several plans of accounting;
  • Create basic financial statements;
  • Use report templates, delivered with a system and change them;
  • Create several options of templates for any report.
  • Plan cash flows of the company using the payment schedule;

Budgeting and planning in a system

In particular, the budgeting subsystem allows users:

  • Create budgets, define limits of costs and control their execution;
    • Carry out plan-fact cost analysis;
    • Analyze costs on the basis of universal classification on character;
    • Issue individual access rights on each type of the budget that allows to distribute work with budgets between all users of a system;
    • Approve the prepared budgets (and to delegate the rights to a statement to responsible persons). If any positions of the considered budget require review, the budget can be approved partially and sent back for revision;
    • At emergence of essential deviations from the initial version of the budget (on the amounts or terms) to prepare and approve the new version of the budget. Data of the previous version will be saved that will allow to analyze dynamics and the reasons of changes;
    • Analyze and compare account and profitable parts of projects, connecting expenditure budget positions with income budget positions;
    • Create budgets not only on a centralized basis, but also on places;


Reporting and analytics

In particular, the subsystem of the reporting and analytics allows users:

  • Obtain financial information about your company by any available in a system the analyst: legal entities, CFD, projects, agreements, etc.;
    • Create any operational analytical reports without programming, by simple substitution of parameters. Everything becomes in a user mode and it is not necessary to order development specific reports to you;
    • Browse reports in the form of the evident charts and diagrams facilitating the analysis of dynamics of indicators of your enterprise;
    • Integrate different reports in cards, proceeding from needs of different users;
    • Print and export reports to files of different formats for transfer to external users, for example to owners or shareholders of the enterprise.

Management of project economy

In particular, the functionality of Organic on work with projects allows:

  • Create a financial structure of the enterprise, including matrix type;
    • Use analytics on the centers of responsibility and projects when planning and accounting;
    • Consider costs of different legal entities on one center of responsibility or the project;
    • Appoint individual access rights to the separate centers of responsibility and projects;
    • Store the change history of the budget, compare the current version to any archive;
    • Distribute the project budget between several centers of responsibility or contractors, having created the corresponding subprojects;

Document flow

In particular, the subsystem of document flow allows users:

  • Register documents and save their electronic versions directly in a system;
    • To automatically assign number to the registered document;
    • Browse contents of folders in the form of sketches that facilitates search of the necessary images;
    • Save the file, without registering at the same time the document — for example if it is required to save the image;
    • Keep account of agreements and related documents;
    • Perform document registration not only forces of employees a reception, but also using users on places (in the presence of the appropriate rights);
    • Perform electronic approval of the text of the document, its vising and the approval by responsible persons;
    • Trace a change history of documents. A system saves all versions of the file connected with the document.

Personnel management

In particular, the management subsystem personnel allows users:

  • Accept, dismiss employees and transfer them to other positions; Store all information on the staff of the company — personal data, data on military accounting, on education, advanced training, certifications, etc.;
    • Keep account of holidays;
    • Store the change history of salaries of employees;
    • Save not only operational data on organizational structure and the staff list, but also all history of their changes;
    • Make out combination of positions and the direction of employees for work in other divisions;
    • Create templates of the standard job description, labor contract and others. For one standard document different templates — for example, several forms of the labor contract for different positions can be provided;
    • Create a large number of reports which templates can be edited independently. Together with a system the ready report templates "Staff List (T-1 Form)", "Personal Card (T-2 Form)" and many others are delivered;
    • Create and print orders on staff;
    • To timely receive notifications on birthdays of employees, the termination of probation periods, approach of planned certification and other events.

Management of the relations

Task management and business processes

In particular, the management subsystem time allows users:

• Send documents and budgets for approval, having specified a template of the corresponding business process. Administration of a system

In particular, the module of management of the rights and administrations allows users:
• Open access to each of users only to those functions of a system and those data with which this user needs to work;
• Integrate accounts in groups for purpose of the identical rights at once to several users. One user can consist in several groups;
• Install a client part on any number of computers. Licensing limits the number of the users who are at the same time working with base, but not a total quantity of the automated jobs;
• Not close management of the rights to one administrator. You can select in hierarchy of subadministrators which will manage only the subordinates;
• Get access to Organic as at office, and far off;

The new release of the Organic system opens new opportunities for users, the including possibilities of use of the free version of the MS SQL Server, integration with 1C 8.2, the updated payment schedule and the full-function register of payments. This release of the information system Organic includes new opportunities for users:

  • An opportunity to use the free version of the Microsoft SQL Server for operation of application
  • There was an updated installer of a server part which can automatically download and install the Microsoft SQL Server program at primary installation of a server part of Organic
  • Integration with 1C 8.2 became full-function
  • There was an integration about bank client (1C of client bank exchange)
  • There was an updated payment schedule with the new ergonomic interface
  • In the system of operational financial planning there was a new functional section – the register of payments allowing to create automatically payment orders of the payment schedule
  • The operating procedure with several legal entities in a system became simpler: now certain subjects have no tough binding to specific projects, budgets and the CFD, and can have the general set listed the analyst.
