PAC "Assistant to Moscow" is an additional tool to reduce the number of traffic violations on the roads of the capital. The software and hardware complex allows residents of the capital using a mobile application to record various violations of vehicle parking rules on a smartphone camera and transfer this data to the departments responsible for compliance with traffic rules.

  • Movement at the prohibiting traffic light signal (part 1 of article 12.12 of the Administrative Code, fine of 1 thousand rubles);
  • Movement on prohibited lanes (Art. 12.15, fine 1.5-5 thousand rubles);
  • Dangerous driving;
  • Crossing solid or stop lines (fine 800-5000 rubles).

As of August 2019, more than 430 thousand people use the mobile application, and some users record about 70 violations per month. With the assistance of users of the Moscow Assistant, 1.6 million cases of administrative offenses have already been sent to the authorities and fines have been issued for a total of 2.2 billion rubles.
