"PIK-Arenda" — the service started in 2018 which helps to pick up the apartment for removal and also allows to sign the agreement of exclusive service with the owner. The service undertakes preparation of the apartment for delivery and search of residents and also other services necessary for lessors and tenants throughout everything real estate lease terms.

2020: Start of service

On February 14, 2020 it became known of updating of PIK-Arenda service in which search of housing is performed by the principle of popular service for Tinder online acquaintances now.

As reported in the PIK group of "RBC Real estate", the application selects apartments on the basis of preferences of users. After registration it suggests the user to note likes or dislikes several options of housing one by one.

On the basis of these estimates the algorithm which chooses the following options of housing for the user is implemented. The algorithm considers  the number of rooms, cost, arrangement on the card and other parameters. This search mechanism is similar to fitting algorithms in Tinder, explained in the company.

More than a half of declarations in PIK-Arendy base is the share of apartments of secondary market in MKAD, and the share of apartments in new buildings makes no more than 35% of offers. 

By February 14, 2020 the service of smart selection of housing is available only in mobile version of PIK-Arenda service. For the end of February, 2020 emergence of the application in App Store and Google Play is planned

The PEAK was going to invest about 500 million rubles in the PIK-Arenda project. For the first year of work of service its revenue made $1 million, and turnover from lease — $20 million.

According to forecasts of the company, in 2020 the monthly audience of service will make 1 thousand people. At the end of 2019 5 thousand people in Moscow and the Moscow region used service in total.[1]
