PIX Robotics on June 8, 2023 announced the launch of the PIX Task Monitor product. This Task Mining solution, which is part of the PIX Processes platform, allows you to monitor and analyze business processes and find opportunities to optimize them.

PIX's Task Mining Task Monitor provides insight into the workload and efficiency of employees, identifies bottlenecks in established business processes, and identifies the potential for subsequent automation or robotization of processes.

The PIX Task Monitor operates in two modes: dialog and background. The dialog monitor is launched at the command of the user, records all his steps when performing a specific process in order to transfer to the process studio to form a map of processes and analyze them. The background monitor records the actions and time of use of programs for further visualization in the form of dashboards. Dialog and Background monitors are installed on local computers and can work both independently of each other and in synergy.

Due to the fact that PIX Task Monitor works in conjunction with PIX Process Studio, the solution multiply reduces the time spent by analysts on searching, recognizing and rendering processes.
