During the extraction process, the application writes the found attributes to the fields of the form selected by the user. If the user does not select a form before starting the attribute extraction process, the application tries to determine the desired form from the list of previously created ones. If the required form is not found, the application creates the HTML form itself and adds the extracted document attributes to it.

The user can edit the view of the HTML form created by the application and save the form as a template in the list of standard forms for further use.

It is also possible to configure the application for inline processing of the inbound scan queue. In this case, the processing of document images is carried out continuously, the recognition results and extracted details are immediately placed in the database. Failed results can be manually corrected after processing is complete.

The Paydox Cloud application is cross-platform, users can work with OCR functionality from any device in various operating systems and browsers.

Taking photos from the app and sending photos to the group

To show photo metadata, you need to allow saving information about the location of photography and enable geolocation in the camera settings for the gadget.

Users can create workgroups on various projects and topics, upload geotagged photos and other necessary documents to the group, add tasks, and discuss with other participants. It is also possible for members of one group to provide access to their group to group members from other departments, branches, companies.

Setting up and working with this functionality is very simple. The subgroup profile specifies the ID of the parent group to which all members will be granted access to the group.

The slave group administrator reports the group ID to the administrator or other members of the parent group. The members of the parent group create messages or tasks (requests) in their group by specifying the IDs of the various subgroups in the appropriate format.

Members of the upstream group process the incoming tasks (requests), discuss them and, if necessary, click on the ID of the subordinate group in the message or task go to the subordinate group to view documents, photos and communicate with members of the subordinate group.
