Andrei Veldyaev, Deputy Director of the ALS Competence Center of the University of 2035, spoke about the goals of the project. According to him, the register is designed to reduce the time spent on finding workers. The platform will help form a balanced and rapidly adapting labor market in the unmanned aircraft systems industry. The digital tool solves the tasks of both employers and job seekers.

Deputy Director of Innopolis University Maria Obraztsova noted the uniqueness of the development. The register is simultaneously focused on the real tasks of all market participants. This makes it a unique ecosystem for the Russian unmanned aircraft systems industry. An integrated approach to the development of human resources distinguishes the platform from existing solutions in the labor market.

The federal project "Personnel for ALS" is aimed at training specialists for the developing industry of unmanned aircraft. The unmanned systems industry is experiencing high growth rates and needs qualified personnel. The shortage of specialists restrains the development of companies and the introduction of new technologies. The digital register solves the problem of supply and demand mismatch in the labor market.[1]
