On October 16, 2013 the Experian company presented the solution PowerCurve Customer Management. It is focused on assistance in increase in profit and loss minimization by banks and other financial institutions due to building of effective work with base of the existing clients.

Description

In PowerCurve Customer Management the principle of mark assessment of behavioural signs is used that allows to predict behavior model of borrowers with a high share of accuracy. The solution can work with a portfolio of both "good", and "bad" clients: PowerCurve Customer Management reveals - to which of "good" clients and what new service can be offered, in a case with "bad" - allows to calculate the probability of approach of arrears even before its emergence and in time to correct a limit.
