2021: Start of the Pronavyki program

On February 15, 2021 the Microsoft company reported that it together with ANO Center of Information Technology Development IT-Planeta and Russia Vorldskills Academy with assistance of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation starts the educational program of "PRONAVYKI" which purpose is professional development and support of the citizens of Russia who faced difficulties during the accelerated labor market transformation. Having taken part in an initiative, everyone will be able to develop the skills demanded in the market during an era of formation of digital economy and also to have opportunity for employment.

This initiative we are going to make the contribution to development of a human capital of Russia, acting in logic of the federal project "Personnel for Digital Economy" that will allow to increase quantity of opportunities for mastering of digital skills of Russians and to get support in employment, − Sergey Shalashny, the Chairman of the board of ANO Centra of information technology development IT Planet noted.

Within the program organizers of the project will create free rates on training in the most demanded digital skills according to the results of which participants will receive special certificates and free career consultations on job search. Besides, to an initiative it is going to attract the SMB-companies for the purpose of assistance in the subsequent employment. Thus, the Russian small and medium business will have an opportunity to employ employees with necessary knowledge, and participants of an initiative will be able to apply for jobs. Training will be organized in an online format, the planned start of the program − April, 2021.

Continuous improvement of competences of our changing world has the same value, as well as use of the last technologies. It is very important to be flexible, developing skills which become the main criterion of competitiveness in the market. At the same time technologies are the assistant and the tool opening additional opportunities for growth. Therefore the help in development of necessary digital skills is strategic priorities for Microsoft in Russia", – Anna Lobanova, the director of the department of public relations, information policy and corporate social liability of Microsoft in Russia shared.

The cooperation initiative from the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation is accompanied by Department of coordination of activity of the educational organizations which highly appreciates the potential and the social importance of similar programs for expansion of opportunities of self-realization, including at students and graduates with disability and limited opportunities of health (further - OVZ). It is important to note that to start of the program special educational rates taking into account inclusive technologies will be developed. In general all educational content of the program will have support in a format of special versions for visually impaired, text broadcastings, soundtracks, audio-and video files.

To participation in formation of content of the program staff of universities based on which the resource educational and methodical centers for training of people with disabilities and persons with limited opportunities of health function (further - RUMTs) and also partner universities are invited. Organizational support on collection of information about creation of joint rates is given by FGAOU DPO "The state institute of new forms of education" − Project office Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (on the project of RUMTs network).
