The Project Practice group submitted on February 15, 2018 the chat-bot on project management. The solution is implemented by the center of distance learning of Project Practice.

The chat-bot "Ivan from Project Practice" owns a set of templates of the main documents of the project manager and is ready to offer them to the user on demand. Also Ivan knows where to spot good regional experience of implementation of project management in authorities.

The chat-bot Ivan is available from any mobile and web devices (based on platforms Android iOS, Chrome and dr). For start of a bot in search string messenger of Telegram it is necessary to enter the @ivanpm_bot command then on the screen of the device the interactive menu will appear. In the online mode it is possible to receive quickly templates and forms of different managerial tools. For this purpose it is necessary to tell to the robot the name of the interesting document or to look at it in the directory. If there is no document yet, Ivan will request it from the colleagues. That who has intention to develop competences in project management the robot will help to pick up suitable training.

Main objective of the first release is the offer of the tool to community and feedback. Therefore the development team included the "Ivan, Here to You My Council" function in the chat-bot. With its help each user will be able to give the reasons about useful functions for Ivan.

The developer company is going to develop the project and to release releases of a virtual digital assistant on project management at least 1 time a quarter, complementing it with new scenarios of actions.
