2023: Free Online Academy Launch

QIWI launched a free online academy on November 2, 2023 based on the QAMPUS employee training platform.

Previously, the QAMPUS platform was available only to employees of the QIWI Group, now it is open to everyone.

QAMPUS contributes to the development of both software and professional skills: all materials on the platform are carefully supervised by a team of QIWI training experts. QAMPUS Online Academy empowers users to feel like active participants in the learning process. Training at the academy is based on the "70-20-10" development model. In this approach, 70% of educational time is devoted to practical tasks and solving real cases, 20% to interaction with mentors and colleagues, and the remaining 10% to the study of a theory that is carefully selected by experts.

Many useful training materials are posted on the QAMPUS platform: trainings, lectures, videos, articles, podcasts, master classes and much more. Everyone can choose courses for their own interests and needs. For example, feedback art training or practical tips for online speaking.

Each platform user can choose a mentor for himself. It will help draw up an individual development plan and select materials and courses that meet the needs of the student. Working with a certified mentor is a good opportunity in the Russian online education market . Mentoring allows you to communicate with QIWI practitioners in real time and receive feedback and support from them along the way of their development absolutely free of charge.
