RS-Digital: Push Server is technology of processing of push-notifications without participation of aggregators.

On December 15, 2017 the R-Style Softlab company provided to the banking market of RS-Digital: Push Server.

The technology excludes aggregators from process of sending push-notifications that reduces risks of failures of delivery of messages of this type, saves bank from need to spend funds for duplicative SMS traffic. The product resolves a number of technology tasks:

  • provides the history of the sent notifications,
  • transfer of the push-messages containing scenarios and graphic elements
  • other opportunities.

IT solution allows to make the mobile service offered by the bank more convenient for the client, promotes increase in conversion of marketing mailings or personal offers of credit institution. The effect is reached due to use of different scenarios depending on type of push-notifications. For example, after click the client passes not to the homepage of the application, and at once for payment specific service or to a design of a certain type of a banking product.

Processing of push-notifications from R-Style Softlab is developed on the party of bank and configured specially under his requirements. This scheme differs from that when banking systems (RBS, the core banking system and so forth) send push-messages through the company aggregator which provides services of processing of push-messages.

The latest model does not guarantee delivery of messages to clients — losses can reach 10%. When it is necessary to provide the guaranteed obtaining notifications, for example, the password for confirmation of transaction in RBS, for this purpose at first to the client the push-message (the main channel) goes. If for a certain interval (for example, 5 seconds) from processing of push-notifications information on delivery does not come — send to the user a duplicative Sms (alternative channel).

When processing push-notifications on the party of bank tariffing which depends on the number of the sent messages is not supposed.
