RTS tender: Relevant offers

"Relevant offers" — the service applying methods of artificial intelligence to providing to participants of RTS-tender ETP of personal recommendations about purchases taking into account their behavioral model.

On October 4, 2017 the federal electronic platform "RTS-tender" announced start of Relevant Offers service, become the next step of the company to implementation of model of the interactive platform.

According to the Chief information officer of "RTS tender" Vladimir Grigorenko, service works with use of the principle of machine learning (Machine Learning). A system it is unceasing monitors and analyzes actions of the supplier on electronic platform: from the choice of the procedures interesting it prior to auctions in which it participated and won, at the same time analyzing its reaction to the recommended procedures. As a result of creation of a personal profile of the participant the purchases which are potentially interesting him are offered it that facilitates and purchasing process accelerates.

Thus, service represents the recommendatory system allowing each participant to receive the personal recommendation, constructed on the analysis of its behavioral model. The algorithm continuously analyzes actions of the registered participants of "RTS tender" not only within the platform, but also beyond its limits, gradually building a personal profile of the participant.

For two months of testing service was in open access. According to "RTS tender", over 4 thousand suppliers submitted applications for participation in the recommended purchases thanks to what over 1.5 thousand contracts were signed. As result, the management of RTS-tender electronic platform made the decision on earlier start of Relevant Offers service.
