2023: Remote Learning System Launch

By the beginning of the school year, the federal network of Drogeri "Smile of the Rainbow" launched its own distance learning system (RES) "Academy of Drogeri Experts." This is a special platform through which company employees can remotely take various courses and tests, as well as take part in training events. The developer announced this on September 18, 2023.

The distance learning system "Rainbow Smiles," organized on the Belarusian platform, Knomary was called the "Academy of Drogery Experts." As of September 2023, it is available to employees, and in retails 2024, office employees of the network will be able to use it.

The implementation of the system was carried out by the internal team of the IT department "Rainbow Smiles" in conjunction with Knomary specialists.

The main quality of RES is that it provides the opportunity to study online. To access the system, you only need a computer or phone and access to the Internet.

As of September 2023, courses on the key standards of the network, its own brands, and a loyalty program are available at the Drogery Academy of Experts. A separate block of courses helps new employees understand the operating activities of stores.

First of all, the courses are intended for mobile employees, store directors and territorial managers of Smile Rainbow. Training materials are prepared by experienced training managers and developers of electronic courses of the company's training center.

It is planned that by the beginning of 2024, courses on information security, labor protection and work with personal data will be available at the Academy of Drogery Experts .

The Rainbow Smiles distance learning system is designed for an unlimited number of users. Already, more than 11,000 employees of the company can gain additional knowledge in it.
