Based on testing of the company signed the certificate which confirms correctness of work of electronic keys of JaCarta for authentications and formations electronic signature in a regional medical information and analytical system (RIAMS) Promed. According to the document, are compatible to RIAMS Promed USB- tokens and smart cards of JaCarta-2 GOST, JaCarta-2 PKI/GOST and JaCarta-2 PRO/GOST. Testing was held in operating systems Windows XP(32-bit), Windows 7 (32/64-bit), Windows 8 (32/64-bit), Windows 8.1 (32/64-bit) and Windows 10 (32/64-bit) with use software "the Uniform Client of JaCarta" of version 2.11.0 or above.
The sensitivity to loss of confidentiality of information in health care occasionally is much higher, than in many other industries. And if in case of illegal access to a medical system the risk of the patient is connected more with financial losses, then substitution of these data, actually change of medical history, can cause the whole cascade of wrong solutions of the doctor. And, of course, any information leak is always reputation and financial losses for medical institution. Sergey Shalimov, the head on work with technical partners of Aladdin R.D. company
