From July 1, 2024, all developers implementing capital shared construction projects will have to use information modeling technologies when designing residential buildings. The exception will be only low-rise buildings, for them new rules will be introduced from January 1, 2025. BIM technologies make it possible to build buildings faster, cheaper and more reliable.

As Nikolai Kozak, Managing Director for IT and Digital Transformation of Дом.рф, noted, on the eve of the mandatory transition of the industry to TIM, a number of developers may face the problem of finding organizations that design using such technologies. Therefore, the company has created a special register of design organizations using technologies. It will work systematically and promptly updated, it will help simplify and speed up the processes of interaction between developers and project organizations.

The register is created for quick and convenient access of developers to information about project companies using TIM and the software they use, the Дом.рф press service clarifies.

This register will contain the contact details of the design companies, the region used by the software, as well as sections of the design documentation where the organization applies TIM: architectural solutions, interiors, metal structures, land planning, communications, etc.

A request for inclusion in the register is sent to the competence center for information modeling and digitalization technologies in housing construction "Дом.рф."^[1]
