2021: Development of the "Record" system

Greenatom, an IT integrator of ROSATOM, announced on September 6, 2021 that it had developed and registered in the Unified Register of Russian Programs two key modules of the industry information system for the development of personnel potential "RECORD."

Developed by industry specialists, the system is a domestic analogue of international information systems in the field of personnel management. The main function of the system is the digitalization of HR processes and the transition from time-consuming manual operations to digital and convenient services for employees and managers. After commissioning at Rosatom enterprises, the system will be available to users outside the nuclear industry.

In total, "RECORD" for September 2021 consists of five modules. The developed basic module (personal and organizational data management) ensures the operation of the entire system. The Performance Management module is responsible for the implementation of the full cycle of performance evaluation: setting and evaluating key indicators, as well as employee knowledge and skills, reporting and analytics for managers. In the near future, it is also planned to launch blocks for career development, training, selection, hiring and adaptation.
