Rostec of Ritmer Telemedicine cardioregistrar

Ritmer is the miniature telemedicine module which fastens on a body of the patient and continuously registers an ECG signal, data the accelerometer and fixes changes in a status of a cardiovascular system. On the channel Bluetooth data of the ECG are transferred on smartphone/tablet the patient through mobile application Ritmer. Same data are transferred in cloud server Ritmer where complete interpretation and data analysis is carried out. The doctor can receive results through "personal account" from any PC connected to to the Internet or in mobile application. Thus, medical workers always have access to a relevant clinical picture and can quickly react to dangerous signs, preventing critical situations.

The cardioregistrar Ritmer is a part of a system "Ritmer. Medicine" which also includes mobile application, a cloud server with the block of analytics and "personal account" of the observing doctor. The software developed by KRET allows to carry out the automatic analysis of electrocardiograms within remote monitoring. Through mobile application patients will be able to receive data on a relevant clinical picture and to contact directly the attending physician.

2019: The registration certificate for cardioregistrar Ritmer

On October 15, 2019 Rostec reported to TAdviser that the concern Radio-Electronic Technologies (KRET) received the registration certificate of Roszdravnadzor on telemedicine cardioregistrar Ritmer. The biometric complex of the Russian development will allow to carry out in real time remotely monitoring and to analyze a status of patients with cardiovascular diseases. In the nearest future Rostec will begin deliveries of a product to customers.

According to the statistics cardiovascular diseases hold the first places among the reasons of death rate of the population around the world. Fight against them - one of key priorities of the Health care national project. Telemedicine means of cardiodiagnostics allow to perform regular remote monitoring of the state of health of patients. Such systems are convenient both for the patient, and for the doctor. We calculate that the product will become a basis of a system of medical examination and prevention of cardiovascular diseases. For October, 2019 orders for a product from medical institutions of four Russian regions and several large pharmacy chains are received, noted the chief executive of Rostec Oleg Yevtushenko

The Ryazan instrument plant will be engaged in production of registrars Ritmer.

Mass use of a complex will allow to increase the period of active longevity and duration of healthy life of citizens due to prevention, early diagnosis of diseases and development of a system of long-term care of patients.
