Online payment sign (ORR) - an electronic code that can be obtained in the mobile application or the Mail website. The service is an alternative to paper stamps, available to all customers of the company.

In addition, for business clients of the Post, online payment signs are an alternative to franking, which does not require additional equipment and special technical support. The sign of online payment is, in fact, a digital brand. It is formed and paid in the personal account, independently printed on an envelope and allows you to save time when submitting a letter in the department (saving more than 2 minutes per letter). We will continue to actively develop digital services so that our customers can quickly and conveniently send and receive correspondence without leaving their homes or offices. In the near future, we plan to increase the capabilities of the service and expand the number of products available to our customers on the website and in the mobile application of the Post, - said Anton Nechaev, director of product development and services of the Russian Post.

Ability to change or add any convenient compartment

Corporate clients of the Russian Post are no longer attached to the specific branch chosen when concluding the contract, and can change or add any convenient one with one click in their personal account. To activate this option, you need to conclude an offer agreement on the company's website, which will take several minutes. The company announced this on July 4, 2024.

Previously, the post office was assigned to a legal entity at the time of conclusion of the contract, it was possible to add or replace the delivery point by calling the Post call center or by contacting a personal manager. Now, in order to hand over the parcels in a convenient post office in the service region, it is enough just to select the business sender from the list in the personal account (LO), prepare the parcels and form their register in LO. Entrepreneurs can send up to 50 parcels a day at one point of delivery.

As of July 2024, clients working with the Post under a single offer agreement can choose branches in their personal account. To conclude an offer, it is enough to register for the pochta.ru, fill out the form by link. You do not need to print or bring papers to the department. Next, you need to replenish the balance in your personal account - and you can use the services of the Mail.
