The company announced this on February 27, 2025.

The Post specialists have done a large-scale work on the import substitution of foreign components used in the systems. The replacement of foreign solutions with domestic counterparts made it possible to ensure full compliance of the company's software with the requirements of Russian legislation and information security standards.

The systems included in the register cover a large range of tasks: from automation of postal services to data analytics and production process management. All systems are designed to meet the requirements not only for security, but also for reliability and scalability.

The following Mail systems are included in the Register of Russian Software.

The# Unified Automated OPS System (EAS OPS) is a digital platform that has automated key processes in post offices, improved management efficiency and significantly reduced customer service time. Due to the transition to a domestic solution, it was possible to ensure a more prompt deployment and update of services, significantly reducing the Time to Market (T2M) indicator. The system has become one of the largest in terms of implementation in the country: it covered more than 100,000 jobs, completely replacing the previously used system from Microsoft. The digitalization of mail processes based on the EAS OPS made it possible not only to increase convenience for customers, but also to create a flexible, reliable and technologically independent infrastructure for the further development of the postal and logistics business.
