Russian meal: Debagger of big bags

The debagger of big bags is a support metal frame with a receiving bowl of the unloading bunker and is intended for unloading of the loose powdery and granulated products from big bags of "Big bags".

Principle of work

The big bag is established on a debagger frame using the loader or a hoist. When installing big-run on a receiving funnel of the debagger it is densely pressurized by the clamping membrane preventing spray of a product when unloading. Then opening of a bag stationary by a knife automatically when installing big-run on a receiving funnel is made. If in a complete set of the debagger there is no stationary knife, the operator manually opens the valve on big-run, after its installation on a receiving funnel. Further there is a uniform unloading of contents from big-run in different types of the transport systems.
