2017: Esmart Token Compatibility Test GOST
On April 25, 2017, S-Terra CSP and ISBC announced compatibility testing of the S-Terra Client VPN product and the Esmart Token GOST. Tests confirmed the correctness of the Esmart Token identifier GOST as an alienable key carrier with VPN products "C-Terra Client" versions 4.1 and 4.2[1].
The use as a key carrier of the token of the Russian company ISBC, produced on the basis of a microcircuit, also created in Russia, allows you to comply with modern import substitution trends. The range of domestic tokens compatible with the "C-Terra Client" has become wider, and now our users have the opportunity to more flexibly choose means of enhanced authentication. Alexander Veselov, Head of Technical Consulting at S-Terra CSP |
The test results obtained allow you to include Esmart Token GOST in the list of tokens recommended for use as an additional authentication tool when working with C-Terra Client versions 4.1 and 4.2.
For us, the compatibility of Esmart electronic identifiers with the products of companies supplying solutions for information protection is very important. Proven compatibility with "C-Terra Client" allows us to say with confidence that our companies do not stand still and continue to develop, providing users with advanced solutions. |
2016: S-Terra Client
As of February 3, 2016, S-Terra Client is a software package that provides protection and packet filtering of user device traffic.
S-Terra Client is pre-configured for mass deployment. The creation of the client policy can be performed via the GUI of the administrative package or the C-Terra CP management system. If more fine-tuning is required, it is possible to create a client policy in terms of a local security policy (LSP), which is an internal representation of the configuration of C-Terra products.
