2019: A release of the solution on robotization of business processes of SAP iRPA in Russia
On May 13, 2019 the SAP company announced a release of the solution on robotization of business processes of SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (SAP iRPA) in the Russian market.
In a basis the solution on creation of bots of Contextor company is found. According to the developer, SAP iRPA automates routine business processes using interaction with other application via the user interface. So one program communicates with another, imitating actions of the employee of the company. The solution supports the built-in methods of connection with popular programs for message exchange, work with documents, tables and e-mail. Also it is going to develop integration with the main business systems of SAP and to use in SAP iRPA of machine learning technology and colloquial artificial intelligence.
Besides, the preconfigured bots for SAP S/4HANA which on average will reduce costs for implementation and support of solutions on robotization twice will be created. They will be integrated with chat-bots, voice and intellectual assistants on the basis of machine learning technology. It will allow employees and clients to communicate with the equipment by a natural method and to increase the speed, convenience, so efficiency of business processes, claim in SAP.
As noted in SAP, robotization traditionally is demanded in the segment B2C industries more – trade, the banking sector and a telecom where the same routine mass work is widespread. It can be processing of client addresses, paper and electronic document management, information search in mail, bulk mailings, creation of reports, etc. But there are cross-industrial scenarios connected with personnel management, finance, logistics, etc.
