SCOUT Platform - the software product from a line of monitoring systems SCOUT. Is the integrated component which can be collected under any client at the expense of the system of plug-ins, integration and specialized interfaces. This interactive, informative, integrated solution is focused on needs of the modern client. 2017

SCOUT Platform is integrated with iQFreeze

On June 29, 2017 the SCOUT company announced support of the equipment of production of Quarta Technologies company in the system of satellite monitoring of SCOUT transport.

By means of the integrated software the customers using refrigerator trucks can control a status of the refrigeration unit and a load using instruments of control and[1].

As a result of the made integration the module iQFreeze interacts with the MT-700 trackers. The dress can see information on the refrigerator and the transported products in software of "Skaut-Platforma" in other data of satellite control.

Users of a system SCOUT can keep track throughout transportation of operability of the refrigerator and the nobility how actual temperature corresponds to the necessary values. In a system it is fixed where and when it goes beyond regulation. At the same time the manager will be able quickly to react to any deviation, having received the notification on e-mail.

Register of domestic software

The software package for satellite monitoring of transport of production of SCOUT Group is included in the spring of 2017 in the Unified register of domestic software according to the order of Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation No. 51 of 2/9/2017. It means that "Skaut-Platforma" meets all requirements imposed to software when purchasing by the state and municipal enterprises and also companies with state participation.

"Skaut-Platforma" is an integral part of the Russian monitoring system of SCOUT transport. As of March, 2017 a system is installed in 11,740 organizations and more than 200 thousand vehicles help to control work. Among them there are many organizations which aim to observe the federal law No. 188 introducing restriction for purchase of foreign software for the state and municipal needs. Entering of "Skaut-Platformy" into the unified register removes possible barriers on the way to broad use of satellite monitoring both in these organizations, and in any other where there is a state participation, emphasized in the company.

The program is presented in the register in two options: it "Skaut-Platforma. Standard terminals" under registration number 2685 and "Skaut-Platforma. Universal terminals" at number 2683. In the first case it is about a program runtime on the closed protocol — when data of monitoring arrive only from trackers and sensors of production of SCOUT Group. In the second case interaction under the open protocol with the telematic equipment of different producers is meant. For an example, now in a system SCOUT 1000 types of the different equipment from 500 producers are supported.

Within development of the monitoring system of the same name of transport of SCOUT Group constantly works on that the solution met technical standards and the requirements of the legislation. Program components and the equipment in composition have all necessary certificates and certificates. So, at the end of 2016 the PetrolX fuel level sensor was entered to the state registry of measuring instruments. At the same time this approach is not formality at all. For customers it is an important guarantee of accuracy, security and legitimacy of use of a system SCOUT in the activity.

2016: The temperature sensor as a part of the platform

On October 11, 2016 the SCOUT company announced adding in structure of the platform SCOUT of the temperature sensor for control of transportation of perishable loads.

As the press service of vendor stated, by means of this device remote temperature monitoring of air in the refrigerator on all transit of transport is possible.

The temperature sensor – the device protected from influence of chemical reagents and water. When installing inside refrigerator the sensor is connected to the module of satellite monitoring which defines location of an object. Information on movement of transport and data on temperature arrive on the server and are processed in software SCOUT Platform[2].

Users of a system set the values of temperature which are the permitted regulation for the current type of a load. Helps learn the report on temperature conditions about violations and their specifics. In the report it is possible to see: the number of violations for the period, a status of sensors for the beginning and the end of the period, when and where the beginning of violation was recorded and at what moment the status returned to normal. Here it is possible to fix the beginning of change with incorrectly set temperature in the refrigerator.

Quickly to react to violation of temperature condition, in a system SCOUT obtaining notifications on e-mail is implemented. In the notification the events in specific object of monitoring and coordinate of an incident on the route map are displayed.

I am sure that new systems capabilities SCOUT will estimate many companies. One of the main tasks of owners of refrigerator trucks is providing necessary temperature condition. And if now violation of conditions of transportation and, as a result, damage of a load remain only within relationship of carrier and the owner of a load, then soon the situation will change. During the near future entering into the Administrative Code of responsibility for abuses of regulations of transportation of perishable products is expected. The bill prepared by Ministry of Transport undergoes approval on the portal of regulations and will be adopted at the end of 2016 – the beginning of 2017. Therefore our new offer more than relevant.

The companies which use a monitoring system SCOUT can connect the temperature sensor to earlier installed trackers and use the special report in the operating software.

2014: Integration is 1C:Enterprise 8. Control of Prof motor transport

On March 20, 2014 the companies "SCOUT" and "1C-Rarus" announced integration of own developments: SCOUT Platform and "1C:Enterprise 8. Control of Prof motor transport".

As a result of integration operational data exchange about use of transport is implemented – from a system the SCOUT comes to 1C information on fuel and a run.


Description

For March 20, 2014 users of a system SCOUT Platform can load automatically and manually into "1C:Enterprise 8. Control of Prof motor transport" data on location of the vehicle, current value of the odometer, general consumption of fuel. The acquired information can be used during the processing of waybills and report generation. For example, helps to compare the gas stations entered manually and loaded from SCOUT Platform, to carry out the plan-fact analysis on a run and fuel consumption, to estimate exceeding of limit indicators.
