SIPAP-01 (MEDEV) Ventilator

2021: Production start

In January, 2021 it became known of serial production of medical ventilators (IVL) with constant positive pressure. It is about the SIPAP-01 model which is made at the Novosibirsk instrument-making plant (the Refinery, is included into holding in "Schwabe") and will be on sale under the MEDEV brand.

According to developers, "SIPAP-01" represents easy and compact construction weighing about 1.3 kg for tractor feed of positive pressure in airways using the fan and the pressure sensor. The innovation of the device is that its small electronic compressor regulates pressure according to air flows and a status of airways of the patient.

Beginning of production of SIPAP-01 (MEDEV) ventilators

According to the statement of the producer, the device is expected coefficient of resistance of lungs, allows to monitor functions of a human body, automatically regulates pressure in response to restriction of a flow of a breath, snore and apnoe.

The built-in air filter provides filtering up to 20 cm2, a pure air and health of patients. Also air filter protects an internal part of a product and increases the term of suitability of a product. Using the built-in system of moistening air is heated and moistened.

In January, 2021 the producer received the time registration certificate on assembly of the first serial batch consisting of 100 copies of ventilators. Judging by information placed in an equipment regudostovereniye it is equipped with respiratory masks for noninvasive ventilation of production of the German company Drägerwerk AG & Co, the British Armstrong Medical Limited or Intersurgical, the New Zealand Fisher Paykel Healthcare or the Chinese BMS Medical. Earlier a system passed tests based on FBU "Novosibirsk TsSM".^[1]
