SWR Technology

SWR Technology is a CAD of TP which provides design of technology processes on SSTD (Single System of Technology Documentation), regulation.

Distinctive feature of a system is the interface allowing the technologist of a message work directly in the form of "the active document" that as much as possible brings closer it to real working conditions.

The automated workplace SWR allows to integrate the main software products for design-technology preparation of production, and  other systems allowing to accumulate the acquired information in  information environment are connected further.

Creation of summary sheets

Automatic formation of sheets as on technical process (the sheet of the equipment, equipment, materials, etc.), and on a product in general (summary bills of materials, equipments, the equipment, labor inputs and summary sheets of purchased products).

Automation of work of the technologist

Design of technical processes on the basis of knowledge bases. Development is conducted on standard technology processes using tables of parameters, in the automatic mode with formation of transitions, selection of the tool and calculations of the modes of processing and regulations of labor input and in an interactive mode about use of data from the reference books connected with form fields.

Database of resources

SWR Technology is a part the database of technology resources: the main and auxiliary material, the name of transactions, the equipment, the equipment, the tool, production structure of the enterprise, transitions, etc. the Data Base is replenished with the user using the built-in editor.

Material regulation

The module of the automated calculation of parameters of the main material — the material consumption rate, a lot of procurement, the testing and assessment material, quantity of parts from procurement. The module borrows information from the database of resources.

The automated calculation of labor input of production of a product using different modules of labor regulation:

Calculation of the main and auxiliary time is conducted taking into account the formulas, tables and coefficients received from the knowledge base. The main source for calculation of auxiliary time — cross-industry and industry standards of the Central bureau of standards for work (TsBNT). The knowledge base is edited and flexibly configured under features of the enterprise.

Expansion of functionality

SWR Technology can be adapted for features of the enterprise. Possible directions of works:

• Change of the existing forms of documents and creation of new
• Change of the existing regulations of labor regulation
• Creation of new regulations of labor regulation (when using the module "Expert SWR Technology")
• Editing the database of the technology resources, change existing and adding of new
• Creation of own technology repartitions (when using the module "Expert SWR Technology")

2017: December updating

The SWR group in December, 2017 announced the next (7.50.4) versions of software SWR Technology an exit.

SWR Technology allows to project technology processes on ESTD; create up to 150 versions of route and operational charts, summary sheets of the equipment, equipment, materials; execute labor and material regulation; to automatically calculate piece and preparatory and final time of production both one part, and product in general.

Joint work of design-technology divisions happens in a flyby mode according to the concept of uniform digital model of a product to further data transmission in the systems of operational scheduling and resource management of the enterprise. At the same time development of KTPP is based on uniform base of the normative reference information.

According to developers, version 7.50.4 contains the following changes:

• Setup of a method of formation of the TP model for the TPP (GTP);
• Support of any name of materials;
• Improvement of work with h64 the bit version of the server;
• Support of the user names of records and fields;
• Optimization of speed of work with the rights of documents;
• Setup of rules of adding of several items of equipment for transaction.
