The system integrator of the full cycle "RAMEK-VS" and the IT company SAFIB jointly created the software and hardware complex "HELP.Tsunami," which allows organizing secure remote access, management and administration of computer equipment, server equipment and mobile devices. SAFIB announced this on April 12, 2024.

The "HELPENT.Tsunami" complex is a complete solution independent of foreign technologies, which has compatibility of all its components.

The hardware and software complex includes:

• Hardware based on RAMEC Tsunami server, manufactured by RAMEK-VS.
• Software package (PC) "ASSISTANT" developed by SAFIB.

PAC "FACILITENT.Tsunami" allows you to quickly organize your own secure administration service, solve a large range of tasks related to remote management of servers, computers, smartphones and other mobile devices, providing technical support and training of users, introducing new technologies in the organization. The hardware and software complex operates on most popular operating systems, including Russian operating systems Astra Linux, Alt OS, Red OS.

The software from the PAC meets all legal requirements in the field of import substitution. The built-in information protection tool in the ASSISTANT PC is certified by the FSTEC of Russia, which makes it possible to use the complex in personal data information systems, state information systems, as well as in significant facilities of the critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation.

For operation, PAC does not require additional configuration and can be implemented out of the box in almost any organization: the architecture of the software and hardware complex provides its seamless and instant integration into the customer's existing IT infrastructure. The introduction of PAC "ASSISTANT. Tanami" will improve the quality of management of the enterprise's IT infrastructure due to the following advantages:
