Samsung headphones explode right in the ear

The user took the headphones to the local Samsung service center. There, after a two-day investigation, it is alleged they concluded that the earpiece had simply "deformed" rather than exploded. The service center allegedly offered a replacement for the same model with the "take it or not take it" position. Samsung employees also told the client that if he remains dissatisfied, he can apply to the court.

The buyer complains that he has to defend his position for months. He stresses that he has all the documentation he needs, including a check to buy the device, photos of the headphones before and after the incident, and medical records confirming the hearing loss was caused by the explosion. At the same time, some users of social networks who analyzed the published photos express doubts that the captured damage on the earpiece could have been caused by the explosion of the battery from the inside.^[1]

The system was developed by specialists from Samsung research centers around the world, including Poland, China, India and Vietnam. This allowed to expand the list of languages ​ ​ supported by the Galaxy AI platform. Languages are said to have many cultural, temporal and local characteristics, and therefore the work of regional research centers is important to help people overcome language barriers and communicate more freely anywhere in the world.

Thus, you will not have to use a smartphone for this. However, it is noted that the presence of a built-in display additionally discharges the battery of the case, which serves to charge the headphones.^[3]
