As the general director of Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye JSC (part of the Sber group) Andrei Likhachev said on June 8, 2023, 50 billion rubles have already been invested in the SberCity project, and the entire infrastructure can cost 200 billion rubles.

The project is designed for 70 thousand employees, of which 25 thousand people will be employees of Sberbank, explained Andrei Likhachev. According to him, the financial part will remain on Kutuzovsky Prospekt, the rest of the non-financial divisions can be transferred to Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye.
