2019: Start of service
On October 28, 2019 Sberbank announced start of service for armoring of tables and the preorder of dishes at restaurants. It is the joint project with the developer of digital solutions for FoodPlex restaurants (enters an ecosystem of Sberbank).
The platform under the name SberFood allows to optimize process of interaction of restaurant and the guest: with its help the visitor will be able to see responses about an institution, to reserve a table, to order in advance food and drinks, to pay the bill and to leave a tip.
SberFood is created based on algorithms of the Plazius and "Afisha-restorany" application, but technology it is the new platform, explained in FoodPlex.
For restaurateurs the structure of a new solution includes Marketing Cloud — tool kit for automation of marketing, setup of the loyalty program, analytics and communications with guests and also an opportunity to attract new guests, having placed on the platform of an option of armoring and the preorder.
Marketing Cloud is integrated into the cash system of restaurant and will help to increase an average bill and frequency of visits of an institution by permanent guests and also to return guests who ceased to go, the press release says.
Marketing Cloud automates routine tasks of the marketing specialist: the analysis of base of guests and segmentation of audience on flavoring preferences to the level of dishes, to the average check, frequency of visits and other indicators. The marketing specialist will be able to use templates in a personal account and to configure actions for each segment of guests or to trust in system algorithms which will configure suitable privilege for each group.
The Marketing Cloud tools allow to offer new privileges to guests who began a thicket to go and to order more and to support regular communication using email and SMS mailings.
