In addition, the preferential card is automatically renewed, it can also be quickly restored in case of loss.
As reported, as of March 2023, over 800 thousand people were registered in the SberTroika SOC system: the system was introduced in,, Saratov Tula regions the Republic, and Altai To Tyva other regions. SberTroika SOC at startup adapts to the request of the region.
Of the advantages for passengers: you do not need to carry several cards with you, since all benefits for receiving subsidies, benefits, pensions, travel and other digital services are tied to one card. There is also a 24-hour telephone support service for SberTroika by number 8-800-700-34-46 or by mail support@sbertroika.ru. A preferential passenger can familiarize himself with the procedure for linking a card to the system on the website of the Ministry of Social Development of his region.
On behalf of the Mayor of Moscow. Sobyanin we share the experience of launching the SberTroika ticket solution with the regions. Now preferential passengers can pay for travel with a social card or a Mir card, to which benefits are tied. They also have access to other features of the capital's ticket system: they can remotely replenish the balance of the card, extend its effect or restore it in case of loss. For this, the SberTroika SOC solution has been launched, which is used by more than 800 thousand people from the Saratov and Tula regions, Tuva and the Altai Republic. reported by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport |
The regional authorities , in turn, also receive a number of opportunities from the introduction of the SberTroika SOC, namely: a convenient tool for maintaining an automated register of beneficiaries and a flexibly configurable reporting system. SberTroika SOC allows you to link transport or bank cards to the ticket system, generate reports on made trips on preferential cards, analyze data on passenger traffic and assess the effectiveness of the services provided.
Thanks to this, some regions are switching from paper coupons to plastic cards, which saves money. If the benefit is tied to the Mir bank card , the region and the carrier also save budget funds on issuing cards. The system is easy to implement and does not require additional investment in special infrastructure. In addition, the service is convenient to use, as it has wide functionality and an understandable interface. For March 2023 The capabilities of the SberTroika SOC allow you to quickly register a card, as well as any type of ticket, including discounts, season tickets, special comprehensive trips for beneficiaries.
The carrier that uses the SberTroika SOC receives access to the report on the number of trips of each beneficiary and a list of stories on operations in the system. He can also quickly record any changes in the system information about benefits.
The preferential transport card - a joint project of the government of the Saratov region, Sberbank, SberTroika and the operator Service M LLC - has been working in public transport in the Saratov region since November 2022 and has already shown its effectiveness. The most important thing is the response of the residents of our region, who appreciated the convenience of using the preferential transport card, the possibility of replenishing it online. Now preferential passengers do not need to present the driver with paper coupons, which before the introduction of the plastic card had to be received or purchased monthly, to write off the trip, it is enough to attach the card to the validator. As of March 2023, more than 10 million trips were made using preferential transport cards. All trips are recorded in the system, which is convenient for passengers who can track them in their personal account, and carriers. I note that all personal data of beneficiaries are protected. |
