Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Saratov Region

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Saratov Region is the executive authority of the Saratov Region. The ministry is the successor of the Ministry of Social Development of the Saratov Region and the Ministry of Employment, Labor and Migration of the Saratov Region. The Ministry is the authorized executive body of the Saratov region:

• interaction with the Federal Service for Labor and Employment;
• to determine the need to attract foreign workers and to form proposals on the volume of quotas for issuing invitations to enter the Russian Federation in order to carry out labor activities by foreign citizens in the region, as well as to promote the resettlement of compatriots from abroad;
• to collect information on measures for departmental control over compliance with labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law rules.
