According to the developers, the services "AI marketer," "AI coordinator" and "AI retail locator," developed by SberCIB and Sber AI together with SberAnalytics, contribute to increasing business efficiency.
"AI marketer" helps increase customer flow. The service identifies potential customers who correspond to the profile of the retail network, as well as the main reasons why the client uses the networks - competitors.
The AI Coordinator analyzes the territorial location of stores, revealing both insufficient coverage and, on the contrary, strong overlapping of radii, leading to cannibalization of the client flow. The service also helps to increase customer flow and optimize marketing costs by identifying partner networks for collaborative collaborations.
"AI retail locator" makes recommendations for opening new retail outlets of the network, taking into account the profile of customers of this network and their "behavior" near it.
