Valor Process Preparation creates a digital double of the product based on the initial design data, as well as a digital double of the production processes of the product, including installation, melting, testing, etc., which allows you to identify potential errors and manufacturing problems at the stage of preparation. The data source for Valor Process Preparation can be CAD files: ODB++, Gerber, P-CAD, Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro and others, as well as BOM and PNP.

To verify the project, the system provides many tools: specification checks, chassis checks using the Valor Parts Library (more than 30 million names, data are constantly updated), collection analysis - DFA, testability analysis - DFT, Virtual Sticky Tape, template design and much more. Reporting on all types of checks makes it easier to interact with customers on found inconsistencies in the source data.

One of the key functions of Valor Process Preparation is to create control programs for all types of equipment of various manufacturers. Development is carried out in a single interface and based on a single library of component enclosures with up-to-date data. In addition, Valor Process Preparation allows you to transfer programs with the equipment of one manufacturer to the equipment of another, which facilitates the process of starting new orders and rescheduling repeated orders.
