Skorozvon is a Russian service for improving the efficiency of HR departments, contact centers and sales departments, founded in 2012. This is a cloud solution that increases customer dialing, reduces the number of answering machines and allows you to ring without beeping or calling.
2024: Check for compatibility with domestic software and hardware solutions
The cloud service of effective communications "Skorozvon," developed on the Naumen platform, became a participant in the federal project Ministry of Digital Development Russia "Digital Technologies." As part of the project, the service underwent pilot testing of compatibility with domestic solutions. Naumen announced this on December 23, 2024.
Pilot testing of compatibility of domestic software and hardware solutions, organized by the Center for Technological Expertise of the FGAU NII Voskhod, confirmed the compatibility of Skorozvon with leading Russian operating systems and hardware platforms.
For testing, software products from were selected, unified register of Russian programs for electronic computers and databases as well as equipment included in the registries. Ministry of Industry and Trade Russia Ministry of Digital Development plans to carry out such work on a regular basis.
