In the spring of 2011 of Softline transferred the solution "Real estate" based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM developed taking into account experience of implementation of CRM systems and implementation of industry projects of the company in the sector of construction and the real estate to the new version of MS CRM 2011.

Upgraded version of the solution has a number of the essential advantages capable to bring business of customer company to the new level of competitiveness. Panels of monitoring and analytics give the chance to control a current status of business in all directions, the usual Office interface and the client of Microsoft Outlook simplify work of users, reducing time of "accustoming". Control function by the purposes which accurately distributes tasks, considerably optimizes work of employees, and a possibility of team work arranges process of interaction between them. The new feature of contextual document flow provides maintenance of an order in all volume of documentation which is stored in the company. In the advanced version the component of ready integration is also configured that substantially allows to lower project and the IT risks arising at implementing solution.
