Softline – the supplier of SaaS products in Russia, the CIS countries and foreign countries – announced in July, 2011 the beginning of active sales of new service of Desktop as a Service assuming providing a working environment to users from "cloud".

The department of cloud computing of Softline company offering solution SaaS for business in the domestic and foreign markets began to provide to the clients Desktop as a Service. Daas is the complete solution on creation of infrastructure of a full-fledged working environment from "cloud" based on a technology platform of Softline company: The DPC conforming to requirements of the Tier 3 standard and a hardware-software complex from brands – IBM, HP, Microsoft, Parallels, Red Hat.

Implementation of "Workplace as Service" allows to optimize as much as possible work of all organization and to considerably cut down IT infrastructure maintenance expenses. Besides, the solution considerably simplifies the centralized process of deployment of jobs. Is included the choice of the platform (Russia, Europe, the CIS) in the price of service and one of several packets differing with a set of an installed software, option of administration of infrastructure and connection of the server to port of 100 Mbps or 1 Gbit / c. One of key advantages of DaaS is the improbable mobility of the solution. Access to a desktop can be got at any time at active Internet connection and practically from any platform, including mobile devices and tablet computers.
