2025: Product Announcement
At the end of April 2025, Concern Sozvezdiye, part of the Roselectronics holding of the Rostec state corporation, presented the Solaris-O system, designed to detect unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). In addition, the Solaris-N drone countermeasures complex was announced.
Solaris-O can detect UAVs at a distance of up to 5 km and inform about their approach to industrial facilities, enterprises, law enforcement agencies, etc. Possible continuous autonomous operation around the clock without an operator and in any weather conditions. The system can be operated at temperatures from minus 30 to plus 40 degrees Celsius. Power is supported from the mains or battery pack: in the second case, the declared battery life on a single charge reaches 10 hours.
In turn, the Solaris-N complex generates interference simultaneously both in all frequency ranges of the UAV, and in specially specified by the operator. The system provides suppression of signals of satellite navigation systems, Galileo, and BeiDou, GPS control and GLONASS data transmission channels. The range reaches 5 km. The weight of the product is not more than 60 kg. The complex is equipped with a battery and a portable gasoline generator, which significantly expands its application. It is possible to place not only on the ground, but also on the roofs of buildings and on stationary masts. Remote switching on and off at a distance of up to 100 meters is supported.
The Sozvezdiye Concern notes that several such complexes operating in conjunction provide circular protection for a large enterprise. Moreover, the operation of radio devices inside the perimeter is not disturbed. Like Solaris-O, the Solaris-N system can be operated around the clock.[1]
