2021: Announcing Water-Cooled Chiller Friculing Module
STULZ, an innovator in the field of air conditioning technologies, on August 3, 2021 announced the launch of the freeculling module for water-cooled chillers CyberCool Free Cooling Booster. The launch of this product will allow you to upgrade water-cooled systems in data centers or technological premises quickly and without additional costs.
Systems with water-cooled chillers usually do not have natural cooling options, even if low ambient temperature at the installation site allows this. And since friculing provides the greatest potential savings, which is extremely important for data centers or technological premises, STULZ has developed an addition to its innovative line of CyberCool chillers - the Free Cooling Booster.
Friculing has already established itself as one of the most effective ways to reduce the energy consumed by chillers by using the outside temperature of air or water. Therefore, STULZ offers a flexible, high-performance solution that takes full advantage of the significant freeculatory savings potential in both new and existing systems. CyberCool Free Cooling Booster minimizes operating costs and reduces CO2 emissions.
Water-cooled chillers, which previously did not meet the specifications for the use of friculing, can now be equipped with a module that is fully integrated into the hydraulic system. Thus, existing water-cooled systems can be upgraded without complex and time-consuming planning. The module has a simple and reliable design with plug and play technology, providing fast and easy installation, and has an integrated control system based on the SEC.blue controller from STULZ.
CyberCool Free Cooling Booster is available in 5 sizes with a cooling capacity from 270 kW to 1800 kW. The module supports three modes of operation: free cooling, mixed and compressor modes. Depending on the ambient air temperature, the system automatically selects the most appropriate mode to ensure efficient operation, significantly reducing operating costs.
2019: CyberCool WaterTec
HTS, the official distributor of Stulz equipment in Russia, on February 26, 2019 introduced the chillers CyberCool WaterTec.
The device from Stulz is a refrigeration machine designed not only for data centers, but also for industrial premises, since it supports a wide range of cold water temperatures. The chiller works on the R-1234ze refrigerant.
Thanks to the freecling module, it is possible to use for the commercial sector. According to the manufacturer, the chiller has a good eco-balance (thanks to an environmentally friendly refrigerant), it quickly responds to variable loads, low noise in the work.
2018: CyberCool 2
On February 16, 2018, CyberCool 2 - a water-cooled chiller, designed for outdoor installation. Integrated with the data center air conditioning system.
The installation is designed for use in information centers and is designed to work 24 hours a day for at least 10 years.
Chiller Stulz CyberCool 2 belongs to the category of premium equipment. The device provides cooling capacity from 10 to 1400 kW and is optional with air cooling.
