The system of Operational Monitoring of Objects of capital construction – SOMOKS – represents the uniform electronic space created due to integration of the information technologies used by all specialists participating in creation of an object – from researches and design before construction.

Appointment
COMOKC helps to coordinate and optimize work of all specialists interacting on the building site: customer representatives, contractors, the checking organizations, designers and others, – who deal with one object.
Thanks to a system they have an opportunity to work in the general information environment, with the single database of the project and the information model integrated with it on the basis of which various plans, drawings, scheduled plans are made. Therefore the problems on the building site arising because of errors at stages of carrying out researches, design and planning of the installation and construction works (ICW) are fixed.
Features of use of a system

COMOKC allows to count, plan, optimize and check the course of construction works with the maximum accuracy: since determination of geographical coordinates of objects before accomplishment of installation and construction works.
The integrated technologies
- Information 4D model of the constructed objects (fig. 1) – the central link СОМОКС® integrating 3D models of objects with the corresponding works of the scheduling and network diagram of construction works and including 4 parameters: three spatial coordinates and time – and therefore called 4D. It allows to trace visually all errors of planning, modeling process of construction in time.
- Geographic information systems (GIS) are the additional interface for 4D of models of construction objects. They represent the virtual embodiment of the building site (or platforms) on which objects are interconnected with each other geographically and, thereby, increase convenience of perception of information on the enterprise.

As a part of SOMOKS
- GIS of territorial planning of construction sites – allows the management of all levels to estimate a construction condition in general on all platforms;
- local GIS for management of the construction site – allows users to get access to an information model, the diagram of accomplishment of construction works and other information on the selected object.
The management system for deliveries complements 4D model with information on supplies of equipment, materials and component parts and provides:
- the order of the equipment, component parts and materials on the basis of data of blueprint stage;
- centralization of equipment procurements, component parts and materials;
- control of production and logistics on the building site;
- accounting of the equipment, component parts and materials in a warehouse.
GPS /GLONASS – the global navigation satellite systems used in СОМОКС® for measurement of geographical coordinates of objects and virtual modeling of the scheme of the mechanization (fig. 2) put in the project of the organization of construction, assessment of its efficiency, correctness of the choice of models of mounting cranes and/or lifting gears.
GPS/GLONASS technologies exclude planning errors, minimize the total costs of accomplishment of SMR. It is caused by an exception of additional labor costs on redesign of large-size construction structural elements and nodes in case of error trapping and preserving of the planned terms and speed of construction of a technology object.

Laser scanning is used, first, for creation of information models of objects of the enterprise and, secondly, for monitoring of the changes happening on the building site. In capital construction the technology provides control of processes of construction, installation and removal of large parts of constructions or the equipment, etc. Comparing the model received using laser scanning to the three-dimensional models developed in automated design engineering systems it is easy to trace as there is accomplishment of the drawn-up construction plan.

The technology of the automated identification based on shaped coding / radio frequency identification (RFid) (fig. 4) is applied to identification of prefabricated elements – plates, blocks, jumpers, support on which quality reliability and durability of objects depends. At production of these elements there is their bar code or radio-frequency marking, then with its help products will automatically be recognized and traced on all way of promotion to the place of installation and at operation.

Mobile devices are used for remote access to database 4D of model from any point of the enterprise: both with stationary, and from remote jobs. And therefore the employees interacting on the building site reside in a common information space, quickly obtain information, update it and do not spend time for excess movements on the enterprise.
Wireless broadband communication (GSM, GPRS, WiFi, WiMax) gives to users the chance to move across the territory of a construction object, without losing access to information resources of the enterprise: to information models of objects, geographic information systems, the database about the enterprise. It is necessary for connection to network of mobile devices, the geodetic equipment and transfer of the new measurements received using GPS/GLONASS and laser scanning and also accounting systems, logistics.
2016: COMOKC.CMP - 2D-6D the tool
On February 24, 2016 the NEOLANT group submitted the version of a software package for industrial and civil engineering of COMOKC.CMP - a system for process automation of planning, management and control of construction works using the scheduling and network diagram intended for effective 2D-6D planning and construction of facilities of any complexity.
NEOLANT Group developed the solution considering specifics and requirements of the market of project management – COMOKC.CMP which main property - use 2D-6D of models: integration of the 3D model imported without loss of quality from any external CAD (by means of InterBridge), with the scheduling and network diagram created in a project management system (for example, in Oracle Primavera).
In a product processes are automated:
- optimization of the diagram of the fourth level on the basis of a 3D model;
- release of week and daily tasks on the basis of the scheduling and network diagram with 3D - visualization of amount of works;
- introduction of actual data on the executed SMR.
It allows to move 2D-6D model from the monitor screen to the building site and back and the subjects "synchronize"" the works put in the scheduling and network diagram with reality on the building site.
Very often on the building site there are collisions when the equipment was already entered, and the engineering systems, for example ventilation, did not manage to mount. Using COMOKC.CMP it is possible to carry out the analysis and optimization of the sequence of execution of works, to reveal spatio-temporal collisions and also to test different options of the sequence of work till their beginning that in total considerably reduces temporary and finance costs on the project. COMOKC.CMP provides coordination and optimization of works of all of the specialists interacting on the building site in unified information environment, providing:
- to the general contractor, subcontractor – effective work planning, operational change managements.
- to the general designer – optimization of the developed project solutions on the organization of construction.
- to the builder and the technical customer – online access to up-to-date information about the project: status of works, to job sharing, etc.
- to the customer – receiving up-to-date information about process of a construction.
The software package is developed by the order and methodology of the engineering company JSC NIAEP – JSC Atomstroyexport (AO ASYA) – the strategic partner of NEOLANT Group.
The software package is approved at a construction more than 10 power units where allowed to reduce the total cost of the project to 10%.
COMOKC.CMP consists of a set of complementary modules. The structure of modules is expanded. Proceeding from the customer's tasks, add-on modules can be developed, some can be excluded from a system. It gives to the customer the chance to influence the final cost of a product.
