Inclusion in the register of domestic software

The STAQ digital platform, created by Systems IKS, is included in the Unified Register of the National Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of Russia. The developer announced this on November 28, 2025.

STAQ is the Russian a single digital platform for creating end-to-end, business processes systems integration command and equipment for tasks in the field of comprehensive automation. The platform offers both a number of ready-made class solutions, FSM,,,, MR ITSM IoT as well as a MES-level solution, and the ability to create a personalized solution with minimal cost and without a significant burden on the - IT team.

Thanks to the inclusion of STAQ in the register of domestic software, the company's customers can be sure that all solutions based on the platform are domestic developments and can be used as part of import substitution programs . In addition, being in the registry confirms that the platform and solutions meet the requirements for information security and data storage in Russia. Another plus is the ability to account for STAQ in government and corporate tenders. Finally, the presence in the register allows for legal transparency and long-term support of the product in the Russian market.

The inclusion of STAQ in the register of domestic software makes it possible to get a number of important advantages for the further development of the platform. This event helps build trust from customers and partners, ensures participation in digital transformation and technological sovereignty programs, and allows access to state support for IT developers. In addition, the company has the opportunity to scale the product line and develop solutions for new industries.

Add multiple project maintenance options, AI Wizard, and form designer for system modification

Systems X has improved the STAQ digital platform with useful options. The company announced this on September 24, 2025.

The option to maintain several internal projects in the system at the same time allows you to create isolated spaces for different business units of the company. Each project has its own business logic, reference books, user sets, and process rules. In fact, within the framework of one installation, several independent information systems are formed. An important feature is the presence of end-to-end transfer mechanisms data between projects. This allows you to flexibly build integrations: for example, incidents from the business unit can automatically fall into the - IT district, and equipment directories can be used in several projects at once. At the same time, data isolation ensures that there are no conflicts between departments.

For technicians, the platform provides additional tools: each project can be expanded with its own integration schemes, visual forms, and built-in chats and event triggers for M2M/M2H scenarios. Thus, STAQ turns into a universal "constructor," allowing companies to build complex MES/ESM scenarios without the need to implement many disparate systems.

In addition, this feature allows you to combine key suppliers in a single platform, eliminating the need to use multiple systems for different contractors. This approach significantly reduces IT maintenance costs. This option also simplifies analytics and data management. It is much easier to build a report in a single system, taking into account the activities of all departments, than to collect information from different sources.

Another important achievement of the team integration AI assistant, is the combination of data vectorization technologies, semantic search and adaptive workflow mechanisms. The main task of the AI assistant is to help the user quickly solve any technical problems, reducing the waiting time for help from the IT department, which ensures almost continuous work of the employee. The AI assistant is able to register requests directly in the system, show the status of previously created applications, answer questions based on corporate data, prevent the creation of unnecessary requests, solving problems before getting on the first support line.

The AI assistant understands the context and intent of the user, and not just selects a random FAQ response. This became possible thanks to semantic search technology: all applications, documents and knowledge bases are converted into multidimensional vectors, which allows you to search for meaning, not keywords. Thanks to integration with the workflow engine, companies can flexibly adapt the assistant logic to their processes. For example, the assistant can automatically receive an account balance from an external system or place an order for services with a free slot selection.

The use of AI-assistant allows the business to reduce the burden on personnel, solve problems faster and ensure convenient interaction of customers with digital services. For IT, it is a support intelligence tool that scales with your company.

The form designer for modifying the system allows companies to independently adapt the system to processes without involving programmers. The tool works according to the drag-and-drop principle: form elements (fields, tabs, reference books) can be dragged with a mouse, creating their own screens for any scripts. At the same time, the designer supports both desktop interfaces and mobile views - forms are automatically adapted for the smartphone screen for convenient work of field employees.

Technically, the designer is built into the architecture of the STAQ BPM platform and allows you to form different visual representations of data depending on the processes: service requests, CRM cards, field service modules or equipment control. This eliminates the need to order expensive improvements from developers - all changes are available right in the system interface.

Thanks to the designer, customization of the system has become faster, cheaper and more reliable, which is important for business. Implementing new processes takes days, not months, and does not require programming skills. For integrators, this opens up the opportunity to build unique solutions for customer tasks almost without restrictions, using STAQ as a design platform.

For us, one of the key priorities is the efficiency of our system, as well as a positive user experience. In this regard, we decided to introduce new options that will be useful to companies using our STAQ system. In the future, we plan to continue expanding the platform's functionality, relying on market requirements, - said Evgeny Gusev, General Director of Systems IKS, which is the developer of the STAQ platform.

Integration of Staq digital platform with Vega IoT devices

"Systems X" and "Vega" initiated technological integration, providing opportunities for the implementation of IoT projects. This integration will allow Russian companies to increase the efficiency of working with IoT sensors and significantly reduce the time from the launch of the pilot version of the IoT project to the commissioning stage. This was announced by Systems X on August 20, 2025.

This comprehensive solution combines Vega IoT devices with the STAQ digital platform. Especially for Vega devices, STAQ implements the functionality of the SCADA system of the MES level. Due to a single data model in the STAQ system, IoT is connected with MTOID, BI, Service Desk and other platform functionality. Thanks to the functionality of the digital system, companies can flexibly manage data from IoT devices and analyze them.

STAQ is responsible for creating a complete digital infrastructure, where Vega devices are automatically displayed as assets or data sources. All events, telemetry data, status information, accidents and technical parameters are integrated into the system in real time. The platform also provides visualization of processes, analytics, creation of triggers and alerts, as well as integration into business processes of companies.

The compatibility of Vega IoT equipment and the STAQ digital platform is fully guaranteed. Moreover, this applies not only to protocol support, but also includes ready-made templates for typical scenarios, the ability to scale and refine for non-standard tasks.

Recently, the Russian market has increasingly needed to use all-in-one solutions, especially in the IoT segment, where the use of disparate equipment and software often slows down the launch of the project and increases the cost of maintenance. Also, domestic companies demonstrate a high degree of interest in scalable IoT solutions with stability, reliability and predictability of technologies. Based on market demands, STAQ and Vega created an integration that combines all business tasks in one place, as well as guarantees reliability at all levels - from device use to data-driven decision making.

File:Aquote1.png
One of the main limitations in the IoT market is the proprietarity and "isolation" of solutions. STAQ and Vega decided to take an open path: they confirmed technical compatibility, adapted the solution architecture, tested real cases - now integrators and customers can be sure that this approach works. The emergence of an integrated IoT solution helps to increase the level of market maturity. Such a product allows you to implement non-standard, ambitious projects, while there is no dependence on one supplier. We are forming an ecosystem of interchangeable components, where the key figure is the customer, - said Vasily Yezhov, IoT Director at Systems IKS.

We hope that our cooperation with the STAQ project will allow the launch of dozens of new projects that have been "on pause" for a long time due to technical barriers and the lack of proven integrated solutions. Now companies have the opportunity to launch pilot projects faster, reduce the cost of implementing solutions and achieve the required result faster. We are confident that our joint decision will benefit domestic companies and contribute to the further development of the IoT market in Russia, "said Fedor Danilin, head of the commercial department at Vega.
